Shenandoah Residents Association (SRA)

The subdivision Indentures can be found here:
 The Shenandoah Residents Association (SRA) was formed from the Subdivision Indentures with St. Louis County as a not-for-profit Corporation of the State of Missouri.  The SRA is made up of subdivision owners to govern the subdivision to keep land values high and in good working order.

Dues
Annual Meeting
Annual Dues are assessed by the Shenandoah Residents Association (SRA) and fund the maintenance of the subdivision (streetlights, common ground mowing, trees, etc.) and are due July 1.  The SRA has the legal authority to place liens against properties if necessary.  The Homeowner is responsible for notifying SRA of a change in mailing address.
The Annual Meeting is held in January at locations close to the neighborhood.
